   - You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
   - All returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

   - Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
   - We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized, customized, or altered.

 

3. **Initiating a Return**:

   - Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
   - Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
   - Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective or damaged.

   - If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting your RA number.
   - Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) instead.

   - Photos of the damaged or defective item may be required to process your claim.
